Unused items can be reviewed for return or exchange when packaging is intact. Lines, hooks, custom rods, opened consumables, and clearance items may be excluded for safety or hygiene reasons.

Warranty coverage depends on the product and supplier. Send clear photos or videos if you need help with a defect, shipping issue, or fit concern.
Payment and refunds
Payment instructions are shared only after item, quantity, delivery, and final total are checked. Approved refunds follow the same payment channel where possible.
